NREP signs a deal with Exquance Software’s ModelTree portfolio management platform

NREP, the leading Nordic real estate investor, signs a deal to ModelTree portfolio management, a financial modeling platform offered by Exquance Software. The target is to allow NREP to model, track and simulate their real estate investments and vehicle structures, cash flows and returns and additionally automate all manual work parts like data inputting to financial models and reporting.

NREP will model their current and pipeline real estate assets and investment vehicles with ModelTree. ModelTree offers an alternative to Excel when modeling real estate asset and company entities but still keeps the same transparency level than in Excel. ModelTree additionally saves users’ time by pulling required data to financial models frequently and automatically from client’s and market data sources and is a first fully transparent financial modeling SaaS-platform.
