Axiom Advisors upgrades real estate valuation with Exquance Software

Exquance Software has signed a deal with Axiom Advisors Oy, a valuation, asset management and leasing advisory firm in Finland. Axiom is adopting ModelTree, Exquance Software’s flexible and transparent cash flow modeling platform, to enhance efficiency and maintain consistency in real estate valuation processes.

Previously relying on an M2 Excel model, Axiom Advisors will now leverage ModelTree’s advanced database capabilities to streamline real estate asset valuations. By integrating their leasing data with ModelTree’s valuation models, they gain deeper insights, improved workflow automation, and a more scalable approach. Additionally, with Exquance Insights, Axiom Advisors can explore, analyse, and visualise their valuation and leasing data, strengthening decision-making and reporting.

Using ModelTree alongside Exquance Insights, Axiom Advisors can deliver high-quality real estate valuations, optimise data usage, and establish a strong position in the Finnish market.
